LARAMIE -- Well, that didn't take long.

Tuesday, the Cincinnati Bengals signed former Wyoming linebacker Logan Wilson to a reported four-year rookie deal worth $4,945,590, which includes a signing bonus of $1,156,794.

Wilson was selected by the Bengals in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft after starting all 52 games during his four-year career in Laramie. The Casper product is expected to contribute immediately on special teams and at the linebacker spot.

During his time at UW, Wilson tallied 421 tackles, including 35 for loss. He also picked off 10 passes.

Cassh Maluia, the other Cowboy linebacker selected in April's NFL Draft, signed with the New England Patriots in early May. The sixth-rounder racked up 197 tackles during his four seasons in Laramie to go along with 16.5 tackles for loss and four interceptions.

Former UW corner back Tyler Hall signed a free agent deal with the Atlanta Falcons in April.
