AMES, Iowa – The Wyoming Cowgirl tennis team played a tough match on the road Saturday, at Iowa State. Wyoming battled throughout in the contest, coming up short, 5-2.

“I thought we got after it on every line today,” said Head Coach Dean Clower. “As a coach, that’s all you can ask for. We are still learning how to play our style of tennis, but I feel like we made some major strides today. I was proud of the effort from the team. We will go over a lot of film this week, as there are many things to work on. However, things seem to be clicking faster now for them.”
