CHEYENNE — For the second time in two weeks, the Cowboys’ opponents were unable to play, with no football game in Laramie. Also for the second time in two weeks, Ryan Rogers is bringing you his best anyway.

This week’s menu was designed in honor of the Utah State Aggies, who were supposed to play at 7,220 feet on Thursday. Rogers takes a traditional — and yet wholly his own — look at flatbread tacos, or as our Beehive-State brethren call them, “Utah scones.”

Wow. Ryan is right. That is pretentious.

Load up your flatbread treat with smoked pulled pork, hot-link beans, fried green tomatoes and fresh slaw, all illustrated on this week’s episode.

For this week's Cowboy Cocktails segment, Ryan whips up a beverage Utahns refer to as a "dirty soda." We added a new Wyoming twist, and Cody Tucker gave it a new name.

Learn some great cooking tricks, and watch Ryan try not to make fun of Mormons too much. Oh, and don't forget the chef's juice.
