Q: Why did you choose to come to Wyoming?
A: Everyone from the coaching staff to the players I have interacted with have been so awesome and shown a great love for the program and school. I want to be a part of a program with the resources and people to help my teammates and me reach our max potential and also help us to become the best version of ourselves. Wyoming offers all of this at the highest level and I can’t wait to join the UW family.
Q: What other schools were recruiting you?
A: A number of schools talked to me but Columbia University was my only other offer.
Q: What position will you play at UW?
A: I'm projected at tight end
Q: What are you looking forward to most about playing in Laramie?
A: People and weather.
Q: This is obviously a weird year, did you have a chance to even visit Laramie with no official visits this fall?
A: Yes. The weekend after the UW offer, my parents, my twin sister and I visited the campus. The admissions office gave us a tour of the academic and athletic facilities. We were not allowed to have contact with the football coaching staff, but I look forward to meeting in person with them as soon as I can.
Q: What do you want Wyoming fans to know about you?
A: I didn’t play football until my senior year at Rockhurst High School, but my coaches and trainers said I have what it takes to play at the FBS level. I am happy that the recruiting and coaching staff at UW saw the same promise in me. I look forward to becoming a player on a Cowboys team that will achieve great things.
