BOISE, Idaho -- In what would be his final game as a Cowboy, Josh Allen tossed three touchdown passes and the Wyoming defense forced eight turnovers in a 37-14 rout of Central Michigan in the 2017 version of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
Allen, who finished the day 11-of-19 for 154 yards, stood on the podium in the middle of Boise's famous blue turf and told the world "I will be declaring for the 2018 NFL Draft."
