Q: What is your favorite part of being a member of the University of Wyoming’s Spirit Squad?
A: I really love hanging out with all of the fans and making all of the appearances that we get to make. It so nice to be able to talk to everyone, including the fans and especially the kids … it’s such a great community, and everyone always treats us like were one of the kids from down the block.

Q: Having grown up in Colorado, you’re pretty familiar with bigger towns. Now living in Laramie, what is one thing you absolutely love about the town?
A: The smaller town gives me the ability to know a lot more people and everyone is your friend. The whole community is just like a big family here. I really enjoy the small town feeling and love knowing all of my neighbors and other people throughout the community.

Q: The Spirit Squad supports a lot of different sports for the University of Wyoming, and I know they’re all important; however, if you had to pick one sport as your favorite, what would it be?
A: I’d have to say football because it’s such an unreal experience. We have the most amazing game day, and the most amazing fans and it’s just a great feeling to cheer on the Pokes on game day.

Q: The Cotton Eye Joe is one of the most important dance routines that you dance to. How long did it take you to learn the entire dance?
A: I had heard the song before, but I had never known the dance routine before I got to Laramie. When I first learned it, it took me a solid two weeks to get all of the moves down and truly be able to know how to dance to the entire song. The music is insane and all of the moves are SO fast!

Q: If there’s one thing that people my find surprising about you, what would it be?
A: Well, I was actually in 4-H for seven years and I used to show dairy cattle and market sheep all through high school!

Q: If I were to give you two plane tickets anywhere in the world, where would you go and who would you take?
A: I would take my older sister because we are super, super close and I absolutely love hanging out with her. I would love to go anywhere in Europe because I love European history and culture, so anywhere would be fine with me.
