Quincy Howe

Wyoming track & field coach Quincy Howe was named the Mountain Region Women's Assistant Coach of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), it was announced Friday by the organization.

Ja'la Henderson was busy on Saturday. She kicked off the day by earning her second-consecutive ticket to the NCAA National Championships in the triple jump.
