
Cowgirls Release 2026 Soccer Schedule
LARAMIE – Utah State won its third consecutive Mountain West soccer championship last November, punching its ticket to the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in program history.
The Aggies defeated Boise State in penalty kicks.

Colorado State and San Diego State were in the final field of six at the Boas Soccer Complex in Boise, Idaho, too.
Now, all four of those teams are in the reimagined Pac-12. Only Wyoming's Border War rival remains on this year's schedule.

The University of Wyoming (7-6-6) soccer team released its 2026 schedule on Wednesday. The Cowgirls are set to play 19 regular-season matches with 10 of those being Mountain West Conference games.
Wyoming’s season begins Aug. 9 with an exhibition match against Denver in Laramie. The Cowgirls open the regular season at home Aug. 13 against Drake.
The rest of the non-conference includes home matches against Weber State (Aug. 20), South Carolina (Aug. 27) and South Dakota (Aug. 30). Wyoming travels to Northern Colorado (Aug. 16), Gonzaga (Sept. 3), Montana (Sept. 11) and Colorado State (Sept. 17). The Pokes also play a neutral match against Eastern Washington (Sept. 6) in Spokane, Washington.
The Mountain West season commences with road matches at Nevada (Sept. 24) and at UC Davis (Oct. 3). Wyoming kicks off conference play at home against San Jose State (Oct. 7), while also welcoming New Mexico (Oct. 15), UTEP (Oct. 18), Air Force (Nov. 1) and Hawaii (Nov. 7). The remaining road matches for the Cowgirls include UNLV (Oct. 11), Colorado College (Oct. 24) and Grand Canyon (Oct. 28).
The Mountain West Conference Tournament runs from Nov. 12-15. The tournament has been trimmed from the top six teams in the final regular season standings to the top four.
