LARAMIE -- Well, you can go to that Halloween party now.

The Mountain West is "flexing" four Wyoming football games this fall to Thursday and Friday nights, including the Cowboys' home opener against Hawaii, which will now take place Friday, Oct. 30 at 7:45 p.m. (MST), according to sources familiar with the situation.

The University of Wyoming confirmed the news Tuesday afternoon.

The conference reserves the right to move games to certain dates to accommodate television. All eight Wyoming regular season games will be televised nationally.

The Cowboys will play another Friday game, too. Instead of the previously scheduled Saturday tilt at UNLV, the contest will move to the day after Thanksgiving. A kickoff time has yet to be announced.

Two Thursday night games are now on the slate for the Pokes. The first one comes Nov. 5 when Wyoming travels south for the annual Border War against Colorado State at 7 p.m.. The other, a home date now scheduled for Nov. 19 against Utah State at 7 p.m.
