CHEYENNE -- With restrictions shutting down tailgating at War Memorial Stadium and across the country this season, we wanted to bring fans new ways to enjoy grill-style foods at home. That's where we came up with the idea for our weekly video feature "Gourmet 'Gating."

This week, Ryan Rogers has done it again, bringing a southwestern spark to some tailgating classics in honor of the Pokes' week-six opponent the University of New Mexico Lobos.

First, a spicy green-chili sausage replacing the traditional hot dog. Followed by a corn dog revamp using tamale-style ingredients.
