That answer is four: Texas, UNLV, Boise State and Appalachian State

The Cowboys were 1-3 against that foursome, the lone win coming in miraculous fashion in Laramie against the Mountaineers. That took defensive end DeVonne Harris blocking a field-goal attempt and speedy cornerback Jakorey Hawkins scooping and scoring from 62 yards out. Tight end John Michael Gyllenborg snagged a two-point conversion and nickelback Wrook Brown capped that 22-19 victory with an interception deep inside UW territory.

The others, aside from a stellar first three quarters in Austin, were lopsided losses.
