To receive the honor of All-Conference, performers must finish Top-3 in their respective event at the Mountain West Indoor Championships. The Cowboys closed the championship with three firsts in the weight throw, shot put and long jump and one third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay.

Reynolds was named to his fourth and fifth All-Mountain West team, previously picking up the honor in the weight throw in the 2024 indoor season and the hammer throw and shot put in the 2024 outdoor season.

Mersal also earned his fifth All-Conference honor, all in the long jump, with the former four coming in the 2022 and 2024 indoor season and the 2021 and 2022 outdoor season.

The men’s 4x400-meter relay team all made their first All-Mountain West Teams except for Ferguson who earned the honor in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles in 2024. This is also the first time the Wyoming 4x400-meter relay earned All-Conference honors since 2019.

University of Wyoming’s Top 50 Football Players

During the summer of 2021, 7220Sports.com counted down the Top 50 football players in University of Wyoming history, presented by Premier Bone & Joint Centers, Worthy of Wyoming.

The rules are simple: What was the player's impact while in Laramie? That means NFL stats, draft status or any other accolade earned outside of UW is irrelevant when it comes to this list.

This isn't a one-man job. This task called for a panel of experts. Joining 7220's Cody Tucker are Robert GagliardiJared NewlandRyan Thorburn, and Kevin McKinney.

We all compiled our own list of 50 and let computer averages do the work. Think BCS -- only we hope this catalog is fairer.

Just The Facts: Size Doesn't Matter For Wyoming's War Memorial Stadium

Did you know it would take the populations of Gillette (32,857), Laramie (32,381), Rock Springs (23,319), Sheridan (17,844) and Wright (1,200) to create a sellout inside Michigan's famed 107,601-seat Big House, the largest college football stadium in the nation?

For those of you not familiar with the Cowboy State, those are Wyoming's third through sixth most inhabited cities, along with the small mining town in Campbell County.
