LARAMIE, Wyoming (10/21/25) – Logan Wilson was in the news this week, but it wasn’t in the most flattering way. The former University of Wyoming linebacker was told his snaps would be reduced, making way for a rookie to play more.

Wilson didn’t pout or make a scene, he just prepared like he always has and helped his understudy. And wouldn’t you know it, Wilson still produced at a high level in the Bengals’ 33-31 victory over Pittsburgh.
He made four tackles and defended a pass. For the season, Wilson possesses 41 tackles, has defended four passes and owns a fumble recovery for 3-4 Cincinnati.
Below is a list of all the former Wyoming Cowboys and how they did in Week 7.

Crum was active and played for the first time this season in the Broncos’ 33-32 come-from-behind win over the New York Giants. The Laramie native played eight snaps, five on offense and three on special teams. Denver, which improved to 5-2, hosts Dallas in Week 8.

For the season, Wingard has logged 39 tackles, one interception, one fumble recovery, three passes defended and one quarterback hit for 4-3 Jacksonville. The Jaguars are idle in Week 8.

Carl Granderson, New Orleans Saints (defensive end)

Solomon Byrd, Houston Texans (defensive end)
Byrd was released and resigned by Houston, the team that selected him in the seventh round of the 2024 NFL Draft, this offseason and is currently a member of the Texans' practice squad. In four seasons in Laramie, Byrd tallied 87 tackles and 10 sacks. He didn't play in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He finished his career at USC.

Isaiah Neyor, Green Bay Packers (wide receiver)
Neyor was originally signed by the 49ers this offseason as an undrafted free agent. He later caught on in Green Bay where he has been added to the practice squad.
