SWIMMER OF THE YEAR
Casey became the first Cowboy to win conference swimmer of the year since Cowboy Olympian Scott Usher in the 2003-04 season.

This season, he qualified for the NCAAs in the 200-yard Freestyle and 200-yard Backstroke and set school records in both events at the championship meet. At the MPSF championship, Casey helped add 159 team points with his conference titles in the 200 Free, 200 Back, 400 Free Relay and 800 Free Relay.

During the 2025-26 season, he added his name seven times to the Wyoming record book with six school records (200 Free, 100 Back, 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, 800 Free Relay) and the No. 5 time in the 50 Free.

FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR
Kogler earned the Cowboys' first freshman of the year award since 2019, when Ryan Netzel won the award in the WAC.

He became the first Cowboy swimmer to compete at the NCAA Championships, doing so in the 200- and 400-yard IM. At the MPSF championship, Kogler was the only freshman, regardless of gender, to win a conference title with an MPSF record time in the 200 IM.

He helped add 126 team points and swam in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay that won the conference title. In his first season as a Cowboy, Kogler set two school records (200 IM, 400 Free Relay) and added three Top 10 program times (100 Back, 200 Back, 400 IM).
Casey and Kogler are the first-ever student-athletes from Wyoming to earn an MPSF annual award.
