LARAMIE -- It's been an interesting week in Cowboy Country.

By interesting I mean scary. Is the sky falling on Jeff Linder's program?

Depends. Is No. 33 still in the fold?

Former Wyoming basketball player Adam Waddell (2007-12) joins Cody Tucker and Jared Newland to discuss the current exodus from the Pokes' hoops program, including the loss of Noah Reynolds, Nate Barnhart and Jeremiah Oden to the NCAA Transfer Portal. To make matters even more tricky, assistant coach Sundance Wicks is the new head coach at Wisconsin-Green Bay.

We discuss the open market, NIL and whether or not the Cowboys are in full rebuild mode.

Spoiler alert: If Graham Ike is coming back, Wyoming could very well find itself in title contention next season. No, seriously. If not, well, let's not even go there yet.

Linder, as of now, has eight available scholarships at his disposal. You might recall, Wyoming's third-year head coach did land the top recruiting class in the Mountain West Conference when he arrived in 2020. He did that without stepping foot in anyone's living room.

Pandemic, ya know?

We also talk about the Pokes in the NFL who are cashing in, the Cowgirls' WNIT berth, wrestling at the NCAA's and much, much more.

Waddell, who played in 124 games in a UW uniform, has some great stories about his time in Laramie. He also touches on his coaches' temperament and how many of his former teammates would've leapt into the portal.
