Cowboy Basketball Season Ticket Renewals Now Available
LARAMIE -- Sundance Wicks wants Laramie, and more specifically the Arena-Auditorium, to earn back its reputation.

Wyoming's head basketball coach wants the "Dome of Doom" to again be a venue opponents dread.
"A home-court advantage that we will never take for granted," he added, saying a solid home atmosphere equals a "10-point advantage." "Renew your tickets now and be a part of this team. BYOJ and Go Pokes!"
Season ticket renewals are now open for the upcoming 2026-27 campaign, one that will for once actually feature some familiar faces. The Cowboys return 50% of their offensive production thanks to the commitment of the Core 4: Naz Meyer, Gavin Gores, Khaden Bennett and Uriyah Rojas.
Big man Neil Summers, coming off a redshirt season, is also back in the fold.
Wyoming also returns its entire staff, an underrated aspect of team continuity in this day and age, Wicks added.
The Cowboys finished the season ranking in the Top-100 of the KenPom and Net rankings and welcome back 40 percent of the rebounding totals.
The 2025–26 season marked a turning point for the program. The Cowboys recorded 14 home wins, their most since the 2021–22 season, along with 18 regular season victories and a return to postseason play with an appearance in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT), the program's first since 2021–22.
"Way more people are asking us questions about basketball, especially this time of year, and that's a testament to Sundance, but also his staff," said Derek Gossler, Senior Associate AD for Development and Chief Revenue Officer. "I mean, they're always willing to be out in the community.
"... We have coaches that are bought into stacking wins and doing the little things, one, that they don't have to do, but that makes a big difference. And when you do a lot of little things right, there's a huge payoff. Sundance is a testament to that."
