Need Any Additional Reasons to Dislike the Chiefs? We Have a Few
LARAMIE -- Need an additional reason or two to loathe Kansas City?
Didn't think so.
We'll give you a few, anyway.

While most of the locals are pulling for former Wyoming gunslinger Josh Allen to finally lead his Bills to the promised land, a victory over the Chiefs will not only get him one step closer to that elusive title, but will send Mahomes, Kelsey and Swift packing.
Sounds glorious, right?
That's not all.
While likeable, I suppose, Andy Reid is the product of Brigham Young University. Need I say more? If you're anything like me, just a simple review of the roster gives me a dog in the fight even if my team isn't in the postseason. Those three letters -- BYU -- does it for me. Kansas City's head coach not only played for the Cougars from 1978-80, he also was a graduate assistant in Provo in 1982 under LaVell Edwards.
Reid won all four meetings against the Cowboys, handily.
He has also added plenty of his brethren to the staff, starting with his son, Spencer Reid, who received his undergraduate at the University of Utah, his masters from Colorado State and worked as a strength and conditioning coach at BYU.
Trifecta? Just missing a stint at the Air Force Academy.

Speaking of sons, Kyle Whittingham's boy, Alex Whittingham, is the Chiefs' defensive quality control coach. Louie Addazio also has a headset. The son of former CSU head coach, Steve Addazio, is also a member of the defensive staff. He was an offensive line coach in Fort Collins for two seasons.
Assistant running back coach Porter Ellett also graduated from BYU and was once upon a time an equipment room attendant for the football team. Rookie offensive tackle Kingsley Suamataia also spent his college years in the shadows of the Wasatch Mountains.
We're going to reach here a bit, but there are a couple of other ties to the ol' Western Athletic Conference and the Mountain West.
Dave Toub, the Chiefs' assistant head coach and special teams coordinator, was an All-WAC offensive lineman at UTEP in 1983-84. He capped his final two seasons in El Paco going 1-1 against the Cowboys.
Connor Embree leads the wide receivers in KC. He spent one season at UNLV back in 2010. The Rebels won just two games that fall. One of those, you guessed it, was against Wyoming.
Is this one of the more petty lists you've ever seen? Good.
Buffalo and Kansas City will square off inside Arrowhead Stadium Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
(This is all tongue-in-cheek ... don't jump off a bridge. Yes, I am glossing over the fact longtime CSU head coach Sonny Lubick's son, Marc Lubick, is a passing-game specialist in Orchard Park. This is my list, after all. Fritz Shurmur's great nephew, Kyle Shurmur, is on the staff, too. That cancels it out. Go Bills!)
