LARAMIE -- Is this game tonight the biggest in the Craig Bohl era?

Think about that for a moment.

The Boise State and San Diego State tilts in 2016 come to mind. So does the Mountain West title game at the conclusion of that special season. But did anyone really expect Wyoming to be in that spot? Josh Allen was unknown.

In fact, nearly everyone not named Brian Hill was.

The Cowpokes were playing with house money.

There have been higher-profile non-conference games: Nebraska, Texas, Washington State, Oregon and many others. The Cowboys have even won a couple of those, knocking off Missouri in the 2019 season opener and doing the same to Texas Tech just six weeks ago.

So, is this meeting with the No. 24 Fresno State Bulldogs the most important?

Cody Tucker and Jared Newland discuss that and much more in the latest version of the 7220sports.com Kickoff Show. You can check that out right HERE.
